Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file sent along with the pages of a website and stored by the browser on the user's device. The information it holds can be sent back to the website's servers or to those of third parties on a later visit.

2. Cookies on this website

This website is a static page: it has no visitor analytics, no advertising service and no tracking tool. On its own it sets no cookies at all.

The only thing it stores in the browser is a technical preference, which identifies nobody and is shared with nobody:

  • Your choice in the cookie panel (whether the Google map may load), for a year.

3. Third-party cookies

The contact page has a Google Maps map. It does not load until you accept it in the cookie panel or ask for it with the map button. When it loads, Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) may set its own cookies under its privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. The Instagram photos on the home page are copies stored on this server: nothing from Instagram loads until you click one, which opens instagram.com in a new tab.

The booking calendar is read from this same website, and the booking button takes you to bookonline.pro, our booking page. The links to Booking.com and Airbnb lead to third-party websites. All three have their own cookie policies and this website shares no data with them: they are just links.

4. Managing and deleting cookies

Cookies can be deleted from the browser automatically or manually, and the browser can also be set to refuse cookies from certain sites or to warn you each time one is set. Instructions are in each browser's help section.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. If you clear your browser data, the panel will show again on your next visit.

5. Your rights regarding personal data

You have the right to know why your personal data are needed, what will be done with them and how long they will be kept; to access them; to rectify, complete, erase or block them; to withdraw any consent you have given; to request their portability; and to object to their processing. How to exercise these rights is explained in the data protection section of the legal notice.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, we would rather hear it first; in any case, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
